Cancellation Policy

I understand that you can't always make your Crafted Beauty booking. This cancellation policy is designed to encourage you to make your cancellation sooner rather than later. This courtesy allows me time to schedule another client, especially during peak times where appointments are in high demand.

If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, I kindly request 24 hours’ notice.

If 24 hours' notice isn’t given or if you simply do not show up, you may incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the booked appointment. This is at the discretion of the owner. As a courtesy to the client that follows, please ensure you are on time for your appointment.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, I cannot guarantee your treatment. If your treatment is unable to be completed due to being late, the above cancellation policy will apply.
